It's Bree's first day on the job at as a Barista! It's rotten luck that one of her customers happens to be Ellie, who is an absolute "Karen" of a patron; extremely rude, condescending, and down right mean. She expects only the best from Bree, who can't really figure out how to use her new coffee and drink machine. After Ellie orders one of everything on the menu, Bree haphazardly attempts to use the contraption, but the result is catastrophic. The thick drink pours down on Bree, and there's a lot of it. She soldiers on, and tries to have the machine create the next drink, but that too dumps all over her head. Ellie is very annoyed by this point, so Bree makes one final attempt at her machine to have the next item made. It's ground coffee this time, so it might be different, but the results are the same. Ellie then absolutely blows up on Bree, insulting her and demanding to see her manager. Bree then has an epiphany! She quickly skims the machine's instruction manual and learns to simply unplug the machine, count to five, and plug it back in. Bree then interrupts Ellie's terrible tirade and tells her the rest of her order will be completed. She pushes the next button, only this time, the large amounts of colorful thick drink dump all over a more than deserving Ellie. One by one they completely cover her, including the extra the extra cream and drizzle she ordered. Before Ellie has a chance to leave, Bree insists that Ellie has a large helping of dessert, on the house.

After footage shows Ellie sitting down in the pool of mess on the ground and reading from the "employee manual" prop we had for the scene. She then receives a full five gallon bucket of absolutely nasty looking recycled mess collected from the scene dumped right on her head.
